ProCreative specializes in the placement of advertising agency professionals from coast to coast. We work in two ways - one being the traditional "contingency fee" head hunter method, the other is hourly sourcing (either on an open-ended on going basis or by project.)

We began as specialists in Creative Recruiting but demand grew for talent in all areas of the agency world, so we are also well-versed in finding the right candidates for Account Services, Project Management, User Experience & I.A., agency thought leaders, and front-end development.

Our clients vary in size and concentration, the majority specialize in the online/digital/Web, interactive and/or mobile space. Originally based in New York, we relocated to sunny San Diego, CA. As a result, our client base spans literally from coast-to-coast -- so let us know how we can be of service to you!
